- Does Piropos in Parkville have a Venue Charge? We do have a small 3% Venue Charge. It is based upon what you spend in Food & Beverages.
- Is Piropos available for Ceremonies? We ARE available for indoor ceremonies up to #80 and outdoor ceremonies from #2 to #200. For large parties a tent is sometimes suggested depending on the time of year. Piropos works with All Seasons Party & Tent Rental to coordinate all of your rentals needs.
- What does the space include? Piropos is a fully stocked & staffed venue. We offer a simple white plate and silver, linens (white or burgundy), tables, chairs ect. If you would like something specific for example chivari chairs or colored linens Piropos Event Coordinator can assist you in selecting and renting the items.
- Is Gratuity Added to the Bill? A 20% Gratuity is added to the bill and covers all service & bar staff.
- What time is the space available for cake vendors, florist ect. to set up? The space is available by appointment anytime after 10am the day of the event.
- Do you offer Bar Packages? Piropos doesnŐt offer Bar Packages, but is very flexible on the type of bar service we provide. We can do anything from a full Open Bar, Limited Bar, Cash Bar or Bar to a Certain Dollar Amount. Piropos Event Coordinator can assist you in determining the best option for you based upon cost & budget.
- Do you allow cakes and if so is there a cutting fee? We do allow outside cakes or we have a Pastry Chef on staff that is available for Wedding Cakes, Grooms Cakes, Cupcakes ect. We do charge a $50.00 cutting fee if an outside cake is brought in.
- Do you offer customized menus? Yes! We have qualified chefs on staff and offer unique and customized menus to coordinate with your specific tastes.
